Codie may only be 5’3" but her voice can be heard all over Kansas City. Her personality is as light and whimsical as her blonde hair.

Codie went to college at UMKC to become a doctor, but fell off the straight and narrow, landing a radio job. Her duties included getting drinks for on-air personalities and "running the board" for other shows.

Meanwhile, Codie finished her college degree at Avila University. Her big break in radio came when she went to work one night, preparing to run the board for a syndicated show, and the host never showed up for his shift. She put on a pair of headphones, opened the microphone and became an instant superstar (according to her mother).

Besides hearing Codie in the mornings, you can watch her interview contestants for "Not My Type," a game show hosted by Randy Miller. Codie hopes that she is an inspiration to young women who are chasing their dreams and encourages everyone to reach for the stars!
